About this calculator

This site does one thing: it turns a customized Starbucks order into real numbers — calories, macros, and caffeine — the moment you build it, instead of making you look up a static chart and do the math yourself.

Hi, I’m Muhammad Rehan.

I started tracking my own Starbucks orders because I kept guessing wrong about what “just a little caramel” actually added up to. This calculator is the tool I wished existed.

How the numbers are built

Every drink starts from Starbucks’ own published nutrition figures for the standard recipe, then adjusts using per-ounce values for milk, per-pump values for syrups and sauces, and fixed values for toppings and mix-ins. That’s what lets the calculator handle a plain Cold Brew and a fully customized Frappuccino with the same logic.

Real drinks vary a little depending on how a barista pours, and Starbucks itself rounds and occasionally updates its own figures. Treat any number here as a close, honest estimate — not a lab measurement.

What’s covered

32 drinks across hot, iced, and frozen, including the current summer 2026 limited-time menu (Tropical Butterfly Refresher, Iced Horchata Shaken Espresso, Horchata Frappuccino, S’mores Frappuccino, and S’mores Cold Brew). New seasonal drinks get added as they launch.
